Home Visit

A creative designer will visit your home to get inspired by your space and understand your needs and habits. This meeting is without obligation: only after this meeting will you decide whether or not to proceed with the design study.

Design Study

Design study of your project by our creative designers, including measurements and several 3D layout proposals. Your feedback guides us towards the design that perfectly suits you. This study is chargeable, but its cost is deducted from the final project budget. It reflects the time and expertise dedicated to designing your layout. 95% of our clients who have had a study then entrust us with their project.

Is there a warranty on your made-to-measure interior fittings and staircases? +

Yes, we are obliged to provide you with a ten-year guarantee for all our custom-made fittings and staircase projects. We invite you to read the details in our general conditions.

Are there any bonuses for my new custom-made staircase? +

There are bonuses available for the Brussels region. Consult this site for more information on conditions and procedures.

How to proceed to change the position or configuration of a staircase? +

If you’re planning to open or enlarge a hopper, you’ll need to call in a stability engineer or architect. Depending on the case, his intervention is scheduled before or during our study. Make an appointment to discuss the best procedure for your custom-made staircase. Don’t worry, we’ll provide you with the contact details of a trusted stability engineer and follow up with him or her on the work to be done.

Do you work with architects/interior designers? +

Of course, you can also work with an architect or interior designer to bring your staircase project to fruition. Please note, however, that we offer staircases based exclusively on our models.

Who’s in charge of potential work? +

You can either work with your usual contractor, or use our trusted contractor. The latter can provide you with a quotation for the work to be carried out. We can also manage and monitor your work with any other contractor of your choice.

Who produces and installs JOA custom fittings and staircases? +

All our projects are designed and produced in our joinery workshop in Braine-l’Alleud. We also work with Belgian and European suppliers. Our team of carpenters will install your made-to-measure furniture.

What colors are available? +

For wood treatment, we prefer to use natural oils, offering either a natural or untreated finish. As for steel, you can choose from forty different colors, available as samples in our showroom. This allows you to customize your furniture to suit your preferences and the style of your interior.
