A bespoke bathroom in a small space
In this bathroom design located in Schaerbeek, space was limited and the entire concept was carefully considered.
One of the most striking elements is undoubtedly the arched door. Subtle and elegant, it conceals the toilet while naturally fitting into the continuity of the furniture. This play of curved lines creates a true visual softness and harmoniously guides movement in the room.
The storage units have been subtly integrated, concealing themselves in niches that only become apparent when approaching the mirror. This design choice lightens the overall perception and preserves a clean aesthetic from the first glance.
The wood — solid bamboo — warms up the atmosphere. Its texture and natural shades create a soothing, almost enveloping ambiance. And contrary to popular belief, it finds its rightful place in a bathroom: carefully treated with appropriate products, it durably resists humidity and retains its beauty over time.
As for the steel, in beige, it is discreetly integrated into the upper part of the cabinet, always crafted with curves to soften its presence. The interplay of planes, between the recessed mirror and the steel structure in the foreground, adds depth and relief to the whole.
Finally, the rounded switches and sockets were also carefully selected to integrate perfectly into the project.
