Our creativity for your project
We like to be able to offer our customers a wide choice of structures for their custom-made layouts. Some may prefer an organic feel, while others may feel more at ease with more linear furniture. By offering models that incorporate curves and Y-pillars, we echo nature and its unstructured, airy side, like a tree.
The U-post model, on the other hand, lightens the composition and structure with reassuring lines. Alcoves highlight certain parts of the furniture and create a dynamic by playing with open and closed volumes. You are then free to choose solid wood or steel shelves, or a combination of the two.
Some will opt more for our emblematic Po bookcase model, a wooden structure covered with a wooden or steel “skin”, which will give it character in a very minimalist and subtle way. These bookcases have more rectilinear volumes, but contrary to what you might think, you won’t be limited in creativity. A more unstructured composition is always possible and no less interesting.

Bamboo, solid oak, steel
In addition to the choice of structure, we offer a wide choice of colors and finishes. As far as wood is concerned, you know that we are big fans of bamboo for most of our custom-made furniture. But did you know that oak is also one of our favorites?
It has many advantages, in addition to being more local, it allows you to have visual consistency with your current furniture, your floor. Its multi-ply structure gives it a strength and stability similar to that of bamboo. Made to measure in Vendée, these solid oak panels are of great nobility. The characteristic flame of the oak is sublimated by our forms. This brings a crazy charm to the whole, while keeping the characteristic style of JOA.
In addition, the integration of steel in our furniture gives us a pure and airy style. The thinness and strength of steel allows us to meet many criteria. These sheets are treated by a thermosetting paint technique, giving the possibility of having a wide choice of colors for the most daring among you.
